Description

  • You interpret claims reports and ensure correct and efficient claim settlement
  • The focus is on the processing of claims within your domain
  • You ensure a correct and timely follow-up of your file
  • You set your own agenda but have an eye for fixed appointments and deadlines
  • You handle your own files but you work closely with colleagues

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor or master degree
  • You can express yourself fluently in Dutch
  • You can independently offer solutions and make decisions
  • You are stress resistant
  • You are administratively strong and you have the right communication skills to help the customer in the right way
