Finance Business Analyst

Our client is a leading European securities services company. They emphasise collective intelligence, responsibility, autonomy, teamwork and initiative. As member of the Finance Portfolio Management Office team, you act as the link between internal and external stakeholders (Coordination inside Finance and with IT or external provider teams). The ideal candidate must have a strong background in accounting services and ERP systems with proved experience in financial environment.


Your tasks & responsibilities:
  • Requirements management: identification of all requirements, translation & simplification of business requirements for the sake of technical team (including migration/conversion requirements)
  • Support risk management by raising risks, issues and identifying potential corrective actions
  • Conducts RFP & cost/benefits analysis
  • Follow-up and support with technical and business teams
  • Be linking point for issues as aftercare of projects
Depending on the project evolution, responsibilities can cover all aspects of a project from the beginning stages through to completion.

Your profile

  • Accounting background (sub or general ledger, consolidation or regulatory reporting)
  • Finance architecture knowledge (IT and non-IT)
  • Analytical and process review skills
  • Communication & advisory skills
  • Team working skills and ability to motivate people
  • Solid organizational skills and multi-tasking skills
  • Autonomous and leadership skills
