As a Trainee, you will go through a two-year traineeship.
You will be employed in different departments. Your tasks will therefore be very varied. In a short period of time, you will get to know many different departments as well as the ins and outs of our company. After this traineeship, you will work in a permanent position that suits you.

Description
The company has several departments in which you will be able to develop:- A sales department that manages the commercial relations with our business partners.
- A decisions department where all credit requests are analyzed and decided upon.
- An "operations" department where the file is completely finished until the payment of the credit.
- Various support services including customer screening, relationship management with the business partners, management of our operational risks, product management & business intelligence, project, process & change management.
Your profile
Together we will see in which department we can use your talents. You will have your specific tasks, but you will also be flexible, versatile and a team player.In addition to your direct team coach who provides daily support, you will also be assigned a mentor. This is a Member of the Management Team who will take care of you throughout your traineeship. Together with him your entire traineeship will be outlined and we will also look at how your talents can be optimally utilized.
- You have obtained your Master's degree within the predefined model track (preferably in an economic or financial direction).
- You have a working experience of maximum 2 years and a demonstrable interest in the financial world, for example based on your thesis.
- You have a critical mind and you are quickly able to have a general overview of the tasks you manage.
- You have an excellent oral and written knowledge of Dutch and French and a good knowledge of English.
- You are flexible and enjoy working in a constantly changing environment.
- You are stress resistant.
- You adapt easily and show initiative.
- You are energetic and eager to get on with it.
- You can communicate well and get along with different types of people.
