Description
- Manage the underwriting of contracts from A to Z for major accounts and maintain a professional relationship with clients and/or brokers;
- Be the point of contact / reference person for the employees in case of difficult management of a file;
- You are proactive with clients and/or brokers (by phone, email or sometimes visits) in order to satisfy clients and propose solutions in their interests and those of the organization;
- In some cases, visit clients with the Account Manager, the Manager or the Level 2 Expert in order to negotiate the terms and conditions for managing files (statement, deadlines, etc.) and to assist the Account Manager in proposing technical solutions in order to satisfy the client while respecting the organization's rules and procedures;
- Lead and participate in projects to improve work methods and procedures in order to satisfy the customer and optimize service quality and productivity;
- Participate in the pilot phase of new activities impacting directly or indirectly the team's activities in order to bring its knowledge of the business and achieve the project's objectives;
- Participate in the development and improvement of work methods in order to offer a quality service and to achieve the team's objectives;
- Participate in the drafting of work instructions, centralize documentation, information and disseminate it to the team;
- Support and assist colleagues (Professionals, Managers, IT entity) and clients in the analysis of complex issues.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's degree - master's degree OR you have the equivalent in professional experience
- You have at least 3 years of experience in Employee Benefits and mainly Group Insurance with a strong technical background in this field;
- You have an excellent knowledge of French and Dutch;
- You are customer and solution oriented and you enjoy working with numbers;
- You communicate in an assertive and commercial manner;
- You organize and plan your work very independently;
- As a reference person, you know how to help your colleagues in the management of difficult files
