Payroll Assistant

Our client, active in the energy sector, is actively looking for a Payroll Assistant.


  • You will manage the time registration system (monitoring of leave balances, various allowances, etc.)
  • You manage credit cards and expense reports
  • You are the first line of contact for all requests addressed to the Personnel Administration department by telephone or e-mail
  • You provide administrative support to other team members
  • You will be responsible for the drafting, sending and follow-up of letters, mailings, reports and various documents (medical certificates, vacation certificates, etc.)
  • You are responsible for the filing and archiving of documents and files

Your profile

  • A bachelor's degree, ideally with an administrative focus
  • An affinity for Human Resources is an asset
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the ability to quickly master new computer tools
  • A true team player and precision in your work
  • Ability to work with discretion and in an organized manner
  • Customer orientation and good written and oral communication skills
  • A perfect command of French or Dutch and a good knowledge of the other national language as well as English
