We are offering you a permanent contract as a consultant at one of our leading Manufacturing clients in Belgium.
As HRBP, you will effectively manage the HR plan with the People Services team and across the OneHR organization.

Description
- Be a trusted and agile HR partner to leaders to drive people agenda and deliver against priorities;
- Develop pragmatic solutions to address complex local business issues and leveraging wider OneHR Resources to support delivery;
- Diagnose and/or deliver change projects in line with the HR agenda;
- Coach leaders to increase diversity through recruitment and talent management;
- Partner with Employee Relations to resolve high risk issues;
- Utilise digital, data and analytics tools and processes to gain forward looking insights to diagnose issues and inform execution of the people strategy.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration;
- Extensive experience in an HRBP role supporting multiple business areas and managing complex global changes;
- Experience supporting highly complex technical business customers;
- Experience delivering interventions across a range of HR activities including leadership development, talent management; executive coaching, building high performing teams, capability builds and performance management;
- Experience designing, and delivering large scale, global, transformational, cultural and organizational change projects, improving organizational effectiveness;
- Experience using data and analytics to identify business insights;
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, coaching and counseling senior leaders.
