Our client, active in the cleaning sector, is looking for an experienced lawyer in social law with a good knowledge of the fiscal aspects of employment contracts.
Description
- Act as an advisor and expert in labor and employment law
- Monitor changes in legislation in the field of social and labor law
- To provide legal support and advice in the area of social management
- Provide HR legal support and expertise
- Manage the company's consultation bodies
- Follow up the adaptations of the regulations included in the work rules
- Provide support and legal expertise during social elections
Your profile
- To master the subjects, questions and problems related to Belgian labour law and social security law
- Good knowledge of Belgian tax law (tax aspects related to employment contracts)
- Ability to interpret Belgian laws, regulations and jurisprudence in a relevant manner
- Excellent knowledge of French and good knowledge of Dutch
- Demonstrate real writing skills
- Master the techniques of regulation and conflict management
- Mastery of Office 365 tools and applications
- Personal qualities: analytical and synthetic mind; ability to convince and to create support; strong capacity to adapt, especially in emergency situations; sense of rigor, organization and method; management of priorities; ability to work in project mode within teams; sense of discretion and loyalty to the company; active listening and diplomacy
