TeamLeader Customer Onboarding

We are looking for a Team Leader to oversee the Customer Onboarding team for a client active in the credit. Within the group, the service "B2C Onboarding" is responsible for the introduction, analysis, follow-up and disbursement of B2C credit applications (direct requests from customers). The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, be able to manage and motivate a team effectively, and possess excellent communication skills.


  • As team leader you are responsible for coaching, organizing, planning and monitoring a team of about 16 employees.
  • You encourage continuous development and support your employees in this. By leading the team in a dynamic and creative way, you increase the involvement of the employees and motivate them to achieve the objectives that you have set.
  • These priorities and objectives are clearly communicated and followed up by you. Together you strive for quality, as team leader you monitor the quality of work and coach the employees where necessary.
  • In the context of continuous development, you are actively involved in improving our procedures, together with your colleagues in the management team. For sensitive files (both internal and external), you act as point of contact.

  • You are a born people manager, with excellent leadership and coaching skills and proven experience.
