  • You participate in the development of the department's strategy;
  • You think and act customer-oriented by proposing solutions to improve customer satisfaction, efficiency, ...;
  • You participate in the realization of the objectives defined in the department's strategy;
  • You like to follow the latest news, trends and developments in customer experience and use them as a basis for internal developments;

Your profile

  • You have a master's degree;
  • You have about 10 years of experience in the insurance sector with experience in change management and coaching an organization in business transformation (from vision to implementation);
  • You have good knowledge in French and Dutch;
  • You are creative, solution and customer oriented;
