- You participate in the realization of the objectives defined in the department's strategy;
- You like to follow the latest news, trends and developments in customer experience and use them as a basis for internal developments;
Your profile
- You have a master's degree;
- You have about 10 years of experience in the insurance sector with experience in change management and coaching an organization in business transformation (from vision to implementation);
- You have good knowledge in French and Dutch;
- You are creative, solution and customer oriented;
