Description
- You handle our clients' requests and ensure that their needs are correctly interpreted
- You negotiate with partner insurers to find the most appropriate solutions to the clients' requests and needs
- You manage the premiums and ensure their collection
- You perform the technical and administrative tasks arising from the management of a portfolio of insurance contracts
- You maintain professional and smooth communication with customers, advising them and assisting them with the steps required to process their requests
- You take collective responsibility for the operation of the team and, together with your colleagues, ensure that clients receive an excellent, comprehensive and efficient service
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's degree in insurance, law, economics, finance
- You have minimal experience in insurance brokerage
- You have an analytical and synthetic mind
- You can work in a team and create a relationship of trust
- You are autonomous and solution oriented
- You speak excellent Dutch, very good French and English
