Description

• In support of the Key Account Managers, you maintain smooth and professional communication with customers and insurers in order to correctly handle their daily inquiries
• You create order and structure in the files of strategic customers to ensure their follow-up
• You carry out the technical-administrative and financial tasks involved in managing a portfolio of insurance contracts and ensure that they are proactively and closely monitored
• You will be responsible for delivering a high quality service that complies with internal practices and codes, and you will be involved in our ongoing growth process
• You will take collective responsibility for the way the team operates and work with your colleagues to ensure that clients receive excellent, comprehensive, conscientious and efficient service

Your profile

• You have a bachelor's degree in insurance, law, economics, finance
• You have minimal experience in insurance brokerage
• You have an analytical and synthetic mind
• You are structured and enjoy working with numbers
• You can work in a team and create a relationship of trust
• You are autonomous and solution oriented
• You speak excellent Dutch as well as very good French and English
