Description
- As a Home Loans and Insurance Specialist you will advise clients with plans to build, renovate and purchase a property
- Together with the client, you look for the financially and fiscally optimal solution. You also offer the appropriate insurances and related services
- You follow up each file punctually, and provide a professional service, also after the realization of the projects.
- You keep your knowledge of products and taxation up to date via internal and external training courses.
- You follow the digital evolution and strive for maximum customer satisfaction
Your profile
- You have at least a bachelor's degree in your field or equivalent experience as a home loan specialist
- There are no limits on loans. Therefore, initial demonstrable experience in home loans is a must!
- You have an interest in the banking world, and taxation does not scare you off
- You are communicative and have strong commercial skills
- You like challenges, like to push your boundaries, and are result oriented
- You are sociable and enjoy working in a team
- You are creative and flexible
- Customer satisfaction is your priority and you are patient and a good listener
