Claims Handler Fire

We are looking for a Fire Claims Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in private claims handling and have strong communication skills to assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner. In this role, you will be responsible for managing claims, liaising with clients and ensuring claims are handled quickly and efficiently.
Our client is a reputable insurance company that underwrites and administers claims for individual, SME's, corporate clients for Life and P&C products.


  • You are the first point of contact for clients, experts and intermediaries and ensure that their expectations are met in a professional manner;
  • You analyze and follow up on files, ensuring that they are handled with quality from A to Z. You manage them independently;
  • Your management is proactive, taking into account the management rules;
  • You use all the digital means of damage assessment available to you;
  • You master an intense telephone management.

Your profile

  • You have obtained a degree in the field of insurance (economics, law, accounting, insurance, etc.);
  • You have an excellent knowledge of French. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset;
  • A first experience in the fire sector is an asset;
  • Customer orientation and efficiency are second nature to you. You have the commercial fibre and the sense of technical details;
  • You plan and analyze things well in order to get to the point;
  • You like to work in a team and have good interpersonal skills.
