Description
- Advise clients on employment law issues and propose practical and innovative solutions;
- Represent clients before courts and administrative authorities in the event of litigation;
- Draft employment contracts, confidentiality agreements and other legal documents;
- Assess legal risks related to employment law and litigation matters;
- Work closely with team members to ensure consistency and quality of legal advice provided to clients;
- Maintain a regular legal watch to keep abreast of developments in employment law and litigation.
Your profile
- Law degree and active membership of the Luxembourg Bar;
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience in labor law and litigation;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English (knowledge of German is a plus);
- Ability to work under pressure and manage several files simultaneously;
- Team spirit and ability to work in collaboration with other members of the firm.
