One of our clients is looking for a student. This is an ideal opportunity to gain initial work experience in the insurance industry.
Description
- You are in contact with customers by phone and email;
- You ensure the administrative follow-up of the files;
- You are proactive in the follow-up of the customers.
Your profile
- You will soon obtain an undergraduate degree and wish to gain initial experience in your field of study;
- You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch;
- You have ideally already held a position related to customer service;
- You are comfortable with telephone contacts;
- You are rigorous in the administrative follow-up;
- You are interested in the insurance sector;
- You are available approximately 24 hours a week.
