Within our team of lawyers, you will be responsible for the daily management of cases in which the notary's professional liability is invoked following a possible professional misconduct, for preparing the defense of the notaries' interests and those of the insurance company, for providing the notaries with the necessary assistance and for consulting with the lawyers in the event of legal proceedings.
You make every effort to find the best possible solution to conflicts, while maintaining a balance between the legal and economic aspects.
This also enables you to have enriching contacts with the various actors involved.

Your profile

• You hold a master's degree in law and notarial practice, with min. 1 year experience in notarial practice.
• You are bilingual (FR/NL).
• You can work independently and accurately and you have an analytical and critical mind
• You are proactive and have a sense of service
• You are - in writing and orally - communicative, you work smoothly in a team and you demonstrate a flexible and result-oriented attitude
