We are looking for a KYC Officer to join our team and manage the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You will be responsible for verifying the identity of our clients, assessing their risk level and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of KYC regulations and experience in financial services.
Description
You will perform the following duties:- You will provide operational support to the KYC-teams of Corporate Banking;
- You will ensure day-to-day operational support and control;
- You will be the point of contact towards internal and external clients;
- You will guarantee business continuity and customer satisfaction.
Your profile
You recognize yourself in this profile:- You have a prior experience in KYC;
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have a strong interest in finance and banking (products);
- You have a good expertise in MS Office;
- You are familiar with various IT Tools;
- You have strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch, French and English;
- You are a strong communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented;
- You are able to work independently;
- You are stress resistant and flexible;
- You are a problem-solver;
- You are accurate, precise and quality-minded.
