To strengthen the team of our client in Brussels, we are looking for a driven Paralegal with a passion for legal administrative work.

  • Corporate housekeeping: search and retrieve corporate information, prepare publications, prepare standard minutes based on models, take care of formalities in the CBE and at the clerk's office of the corporate court, apply for legalizations and apostilles;
  • The analysis of corporate information;
  • Compilation of court files, filing (at the registry or digitally) of petitions, claims and documents;
  • The ordering and collection of documents from the registry and administrative authorities;
  • Legal research in databases and other sources;
  • Assisting in the organization and administration within the knowledge team.

Your profile

  • You have obtained a Belgian (professional) Bachelor's degree in Legal Practice or you already have experience in a similar role.
  • A first working experience in a legal work environment is recommended.
  • You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge (both oral and written) of English and French.
  • The different MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) hold no secrets for you and you like to discover new software programs.
  • You can work autonomously and you are a real team player.
  • Strong communication skills characterize you and you work in a customer-oriented way.
