Description

  • You maintain daily contact with clients via phone and email, and ensure accurate administration of their files;
  • As a policy administrator, you perform daily changes and simulations in premiums and mandates;
  • You strive to work well with clients by communicating in a professional and smooth manner;
  • You are encouraged to think about team optimization and sharing ideas and knowledge with colleagues.

Your profile

  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and French, both written and spoken;
  • You have a first experience in life insurance or within a banking agency;
  • Helping clients further over the phone gives you a boost;
  • You are a multi-tasker & keep an overview of all your files;
  • You also communicate fluently with your colleagues and other departments in order to provide top service.
