Description

Ensuring and supervising the legal monitoring of our client, which involves in particular:

• Information gathering: identification and selection of information relating to relevant legal developments (information of a legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential or doctrinal nature, etc.) that may have an impact on our client and its activities;
• Analysis of information: analysis and synthesis of relevant regulations for the company, either proactively or in collaboration with specialized lawyers;
• Dissemination of information: organization of the dissemination of information within our client (both within the legal department and within the bank), in an intelligible and relevant manner according to the target audience;
• In a general way, implementation of any procedure and realization of any necessary task relating to the dynamic framework of the legal watch.

Your profile

• You have a Master's degree in law, and you have relevant professional experience;
• You are able to express yourself both orally and in writing in French, Dutch and English;
• You can communicate clearly and are able to defend your position in meetings or committees;
• You have a critical and analytical mind and are able to provide pragmatic solutions to complex legal issues;
• You are organized, flexible, pragmatic and results-oriented;
• You are intellectually curious, eager to learn and ready to take on challenges;
• You can work independently, and you also enjoy teamwork and knowledge sharing.
