The position of Production Manager is available with an arts insurer in Brussels. This is a permanent position offering an attractive salary. The manager will work closely with various partners to optimize the management of insurance contracts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Description

As a Property & Casualty Production Manager, you will carry out the technical and administrative tasks involved in managing a portfolio of insurance contracts, and ensure proactive and rigorous follow-up. Here are the various aspects of the job:
  • Handling customer requests, ensuring correct interpretation of their needs;
  • Negotiate with partner insurance companies to find the most appropriate solutions to customers' requests and needs;
  • Issue policies in compliance with ethical rules and deadlines;
  • Administration of premiums and monitoring of collections.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in insurance, law, economics, finance - or equivalent professional experience ;
  • Full PCP certification;
  • Experience in the insurance sector;
  • Excellent command of Dutch and good knowledge of French;
  • Have an analytical and synthesizing mind;
  • Autonomous and solution-oriented;
  • Assertive and skilled in negotiation;
  • Knowledge of underwriting and company management tools;
  • Knowledge of Office tools.
