We offer you the opportunity to work on a permanent or freelance basis for our client in the automotive sector in the Brussels region.
As a Quality Control Consultant, you will be responsible for managing complaints and optimizing their services.

Description

The Quality Consultant is part of the Transformation and Project Management team and will actively contribute to improving customer and employee satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities are:
  • Handling complaints and facilitating their Root Cause Analysis.
  • Sending out customer satisfaction surveys and defining improvement actions in collaboration with internal stakeholders/partners based on the results analysis
  • Participating in QM system improvement activities and preparation for ISO 9001 audits
  • Coordinating compliments activities
  • Proposing possible process improvements based on data analysis
  • Supporting internal stakeholders in the field of Quality
  • Supporting the implementation of improvement actions in line with quality department strategy and objectives

Your profile

  • You preferably have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics
  • You can demonstrate successful previous experience in a quality function/assignment (e.g. Quality Management System position)
  • You have good knowledge of quality tools and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
  • A quality related experience in the Services or Automotive sector is an asset
  • You have knowledge of business processes and project management
  • You have a positive attitude with a sense of responsibility, are proactive, open-minded and collaborative
  • You have excellent communication skills with a professional and diplomatic approach
  • You have good Microsoft office skills and Salesforce is a plus
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English and have a good command of French

Our client operates in the automotive sector.
An assignment of 6 months, extension possible
Possibility to work from home, up to 3 days a week for a full time position
Opportunity for freelancers but also consultancy (permanent contract with Axis Projects) is a possibility
Permanent contract: attractive gross salary, meal vouchers, insurance, expense allowance - car or mobility budget after 1 year of employment.
