Management Assistant
We offer you a permanent contract with our client, a leader in the financial sector. As a Management Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting administrative files.
Description
- You proofread, adapt the layout of and finalize letters, reports and notes.
- You manage correspondence and e-mail boxes (registration, dispatching, follow-up and filing).
- You create and update administrative files (scanning of documents, electronic filing of file documents and follow-up of inventories on paper).
- You organize meetings, hearings and occasionally travel, and manage agendas.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's degree in office management or equivalent.
- You ideally already have relevant experience, preferably in a legal environment.
- You speak and write very good Dutch and French. You have a working knowledge of English.
- You are flexible, well organized and you can set priorities. You can work independently as well as in a team.
- You can work well with the usual Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel...).
- Familiarity with SharePoint is an asset.
