Your responsibilities:
  • Receiving customers
  • Managing calls
  • Various administrative tasks such as archiving, printing documents, sorting and distributing mail
  • Management of office equipment
  • Meeting room management

Your profile

  • You are fluent in French/Dutch/English
  • you have a good knowledge of Office365
  • You are customer friendly and meticulous
  • You are dynamic and flexible
