Medical Customer Care Advisor

Description

• You deploy all your professionalism to provide our customers with optimal assistance in case of hospitalization abroad and organize repatriation if necessary;
• You offer our customers new digital health services such as: online doctors, online psychologists or second medical opinion;
• You also offer support in daily life when it is difficult, by organizing cleaning services, cabs, etc. as part of a hospitalization or assistance insurance;
• You interact with clients in need of emergency assistance in Belgium and abroad, providing support and empathy and proposing the most suitable solutions for the client;
• You implement the appropriate means necessary to provide the necessary assistance to the customer and coordinate the medical assistance operations;
• You put the customer at the heart of the solutions, demonstrate a strong interest in digital solutions and promote them to customers;
• You optimize the customer experience by ensuring the complete processing of the customer's file, from the management of the claim to the closing of the file.

Your profile

• You have a bachelor's degree or at least a first experience in the insurance industry;
• You have a technical knowledge of claims management and file management;
• You have a good oral and written understanding of French, Dutch and English;
• You have good listening and communication skills;
• You are customer oriented;
• You are a negotiator at heart;
• You are organized;
• You are able to make decisions quickly;
• You are empathetic.
