Description
- You are responsible for the complete, correct and smooth follow-up.
- You are the central point of contact for customers.
- You take the necessary initiatives to guarantee customers optimal service.
Your profile
- You hold a bachelor's degree in finance and insurance.
- You have interest and/or experience in production and claims management of medical expense files of private clients.
- You are customer-oriented, empathetic and stress-resistant.
- You work accurately and orderly.
- You are a team player.
