Administrative Assistant Development

Our client, active in the real estate sector, is looking for an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for varied administrative tasks and work in close coordination with project managers.

  • You are responsible for secretarial tasks as well as administrative and day-to-day management tasks on behalf of the project managers of the development team
  • You standardize and format basic and standard documents (e.g. letters, meeting reports, agreements, etc.).
  • You manage the SAP encoding aspects of the POs in collaboration with the project managers and the Project Administration team
  • You receive telephone calls and propose an initial solution to the interlocutors (architects, study firms, investors, etc.) by performing the necessary searches in the files
  • You organize the agenda and meetings for the project managers; if necessary, you maintain a centralized agenda
  • You keep complete files per project (digital and paper version, if necessary, for important official documents)
  • You participate in some internal and external meetings
  • You communicate and monitor the correct implementation of certain decisions, both internally and externally
  • You prepare internal and external presentations
  • You help coordinate the commercialization activities of the team's projects

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor of Secretarial Studies, Office Management, ...
  • You have demonstrable experience in a similar position. Experience in the real estate sector is a plus
  • You can express yourself fluently in French and Dutch
