We are looking for a Private Claims Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling residential claims and have strong communication skills to assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner. In this role you will be responsible for managing claims, liaising with customers and ensuring claims are processed quickly and effectively.

Description

  • You handle integral files in property damage auto;
  • You assess the claim report according to coverage, application conventions and liability;
  • You ensure the payment of compensation to the client or counterparty;
  • You are also in contact with the insured and the other parties such as experts, lawyers, ...

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor's degree; a bachelor's degree in insurance is a plus;
  • You already have experience in insurance;
  • You have an excellent knowledge of French or Dutch with a good knowledge of the other language;
  • You are customer-oriented, proactive and result-oriented
