Description
- Follow up on orders
- Advise customers on the best solution to their question or problem
- Assist customers by phone and email
- Processing e-orders
- Backing up the branch manager in his absence
- Stepping in where necessary to support your colleagues
Your profile
- Have a technical background with knowledge of automotive engineering
- Be punctual and able to set priorities
- Customer and solution oriented thinking
- Very good knowledge of Dutch, knowledge of French and English are a strong asset
- You work pro- and reactive and have a commercial attitude
- As a go-getter, you have a healthy dose of self-motivation and self-discipline
- You are ambitious and have a sense of responsibility
- You are flexible and sometimes willing to work on Saturdays
- You are stress resistant and can work well in a team
