Description
- You will be responsible for handling new applications for auto insurance;
- You are in close contact as production manager with various parties: brokers, experts, etc.;
- You coordinate the follow-up of quotations & policies;
- You start up new files and ensure good communication to all parties involved during further processing;
- Your work is very customer-oriented and you keep all parties involved correctly and timely informed by ensuring smooth (oral and written) communication;
- You are mainly in contact with clients & brokers via telephone;

Your profile
- You have a bachelor's degree or are equivalent through experience;
- You preferably already have experience in a thorough customer-oriented function in insurance;
- A perfect written and spoken knowledge of Dutch and French. ;
- You are communicative and customer-oriented;
- Proactivity and solution orientation characterize you;
- You can work in an organized and efficient way, you can easily set priorities.
