Client Advisor Life

As a Client Advisor, you will strengthen the Employee Benefits department at our client and advise their clients and colleagues on group insurance policies. You can learn more about the position below.

Description

  • You are responsible for the follow-up of the existing files of our major customers
  • You advise and guide colleagues on the basis of your technical expertise in case of exceptional deviations or risks
  • You play a central role in the follow-up and information flow to the supplementary pensions database
  • You identify bottlenecks and possible improvements regarding procedures, working methods, cooperation and systems
  • You actively apply quality procedures and proactively deal with complaint files

Your profile

  • You have a master degree
  • You have at least 3 years of experience with employee benefits or group insurances
  • You have extensive technical experience in life and can clearly explain concepts such as acquired rights and the minimum rate of return to your clients
  • You can communicate diplomatically and convincingly
  • You like to think in a solution-oriented way and give tailor-made advice to your client
  • You like to work meticulously and thoroughly
  • You are a team player and like to share your knowledge and expertise with your colleagues
  • You are fluent in Dutch and can express yourself well in English and/or French
