- Get to learn about the e-Signing tool, be the single contact point to receive internal requests for e-signing and ensure smooth completion, check on future upgrades of the tool and follow-up on potential issues with the provider and IT and Sourcing; When documents must be signed wet-ink, arrange for such signing and the shipping of the signed originals ;
- If a Contract Management Database is assessed for deployment in Europe, participate in the testing, implementation and adjustment of the tool and administer features assigned to your responsibility (tracking of contract reviews and approvals, uploading of the final version and signed copy, etc.) ;
- Organize the trips and agenda for the face-to-face meetings of the Legal Europe team (invitations, bookings, printing of materials, etc .) and all offsite meetings of the General Counsel Europe ;
- Help coordinate e-trainings/face-to face trainings in Europe (launch, reminders, attendance tracking, statistics, etc.) and the deployment of related communication materials (posters, etc.) ;
- Coordinate the review of translations of policies and other documents ;
- Assist for the formatting of documents (contracts, presentations, letters, etc.) ;
- Help maintain the Legal folders and SharePoint ;
- Be responsible for tracking legal invoices and fees.
- Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills ;
- Self-motivated, self-directed, able to prioritize workload and to work both independently and as a member of a team, while at the same time knowing when to seek advice from your manager or more senior colleagues ;
- Extremely well organized in building and monitoring planning and check-lists ;
