The company is currently seeking an Insurance Advisor with a Law or Insurance degree, at least two years of relevant work experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Dutch, French, and English. Description
As an Insurance Advisor, your responsibilities will include providing advice and support throughout the entire duration of projects. This involves collaborating closely with the insurance team and handling the following tasks:- Tender stage: You will review the clauses pertaining to insurance in the contractual requirements, prepare the submission file, and assess the proposals put forward by insurance brokers;
- Execution stage: Your role will involve reviewing insurance policy documents to ensure they align with the agreed terms and conditions. Additionally, you will monitor the projects throughout their life cycles, including administrative follow-up;
- You will also assist the projects with any insurance-related issues that may arise, providing guidance and support as needed.
Your profile
- You possess a Law degree or a Bachelor's degree in insurance;
- You have a minimum of two years of professional experience working in an insurance company, broker's company, or insurance department;
- You are fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written, and you have a solid command of French and English. Your work will primarily involve projects in the Flanders area as well as international projects;
- You exhibit strong communication skills and excel in multitasking;
- You are highly organized and proactive in your approach;
- You possess a good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
