Secrétaire (80%)

Our client, active in the insurance sector, is actively looking for a secretary (80%). In this role, you will work closely with the management and the team members of the "Insurance Statistical Studies" and "Risk & Finance" departments.

  • You contribute to the preparation of surveys (letters/notes) and verify the contact persons of companies
  • You publish the surveys on the statistics portal and ensure the follow-up
  • You manage the communication flow associated with this exercise (telephone, emails, letters, ...) - You ensure the proofreading of documents and publications
  • You are in charge of the planning, organization and logistical management of meetings (follow-up of agendas, invitations, room reservations, catering, parking, conference calls, etc.).
  • You publish the invitations and documents of these meetings on the extranet
  • You manage the daily administrative tasks.

Your profile

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree with successful experience in the administrative field
  • Good knowledge of the second language and able to interact in English
  • Good interpersonal and writing skills
  • Demonstrates rigor and precision in his/her work
  • Organizational skills and sense of diplomacy - Demonstrates autonomy and initiative
  • Mastery of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Customer service oriented
  • Teamplayer


Our client is located near the Brussels-Luxembourg train station and offers you a permanent contract (80%) in a friendly, human and very flexible environment.
