Description
Your responsibilities:- You will develop and manage your own business unit (P&L responsibility) consisting of a number of IT Consultants who independently execute projects with clients;
- You use your commercial drive to attract new customers and develop the existing customer base;
- Together with your team you propose qualitative and sustainable solutions and work on different projects in a rapidly changing technological environment;
- You are responsible for recruiting and proposing IT Consultants, following up the projects at clients and motivating and managing your team.
Your profile
- You have had your first successful experience in a commercial position in outsourcing, staffing/recruitment and you have the impression that you are stagnating in your current career. Moreover, despite your potential, you are at a ceiling. You have a lot of energy but get the feeling that it will be a long time before you will be able to advance to a position with more responsibilities and appreciation in your current environment.
- You ideally have a higher education;
- You have a strong commercial drive and think out of the box with clients and prospects;
- Your organizational skills and stress-resistance ensure that you efficiently achieve concrete results;
- You work autonomously and know how to motivate others to go for a goal together;
- You have a fluent knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of English;
- You are in possession of a driving license B (car).
