Our client, active in financial leasing, is looking for a Sales Director with a good commercial strategy and experience in people management. As Sales Director you will report directly to the CEO and be part of the Management Committee. You are nationally responsible for the commercial and financial results & ambitions.

Description
As Sales Director, you will report directly to the CEO and be part of the Management Committee. You are nationally responsible for the commercial and financial results & ambitions :- You build a deep and dynamic understanding of the market and partners.
- You develop policy initiatives both within your own domain and transversally within the group, in support of the strategy and objectives.
- At the operational level, you take initiatives to continuously optimize efficiency, commercial power, customer satisfaction and the perception of values.
- You determine the annual and long-term plans in an ambitious and innovative way.
- You support various innovation & IT projects in the interest of the business and the group.
- As a born networker within and outside the group, you represent the company on various internal and external forums with an eye on visibility and identifying opportunities.
- You maintain relationships with key clients, partners and distribution teams.
- As a people manager, you coach and motivate your teams, both technically-commercially in transactions and client relations, as well as in terms of personal professional growth and you help foster team spirit.
Your profile
- You have already built strong experience in corporate financial leasing, preferably at the executive and/or policy level. Related experience is a plus.
- You have strategic insight and can build a long-term vision.
- You are fluently bilingual Dutch/French
- You are entrepreneurial and bring out-of-the-box ideas.
- You work in a structured way, you also perform in a pragmatic environment.
- You have strong communication skills and a healthy sense of responsibility.
- You are client-oriented by nature, authentic and people-oriented, you are a team player.
