For an insurance broker in the region of Hasselt, we are looking for a Claims Administrator. They specialize in medium-sized companies and are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join their team!
Description
- You proactively take care of the claims management of our corporate customers and managers
- You are an accessible point of contact for all claims and related questions
- You negotiate with insurers to obtain the best possible service and claims settlement.
- If necessary, you attend expert appraisals and defend the interests of our customers.
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree by education
- Experienced in the insurance industry, preferably with an insurance brokerage firm
- Strongly focused on customer satisfaction
- Structured and organized
- Professional and reliable
- A true team player who is communicative and stress resistant as well as committed to the business
- Dynamic and also has an eye for continuous improvement
- Perfectly Dutch-speaking, French language is a big plus
