For one of our clients, we are looking for an Accountant. Our client is a world renowned construction and civil engineering company, which carries out large-scale projects throughout the world. As an Accountant, you will be reinforcing the existing team and will work under the responsibility of the Accounting Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of accounting principles and be able to process and analyze financial data accurately and efficiently.

Description
Your primary responsibilities include:- Handle the general accounting from A to Z;
- Preparation of VAT returns and listings;
- Participate in accounting closings (accounting, reconciliation, analysis, controls and reports);
- Follow-up of suppliers and customers;
- Follow-up of cash flow and preparation of payments;
- Preparation of annual accounts;
- Preparation and assistance during audits.
Your profile
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation.
- You have 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position.
- You have a first relevant experience in managing files from A to Z.
- You are fluent in French and have a good level of English. Dutch is a plus.
- You master the computer tools (MS Office) and the accounting programs.
- You are rigorous, detail-oriented, methodical and have an analytical mind,
- You are able to manage stress and are flexible.
- You are autonomous with regard to the assigned objectives while favouring teamwork.
- You have excellent communication skills both internally and externally.
