Description
- Assist and support the Underwriting department in processing new business, renewals and endorsements;
- Liaise with brokers/clients to gather information necessary to prepare quotes (either for new business or renewals) and update pricing when necessary;
- Prepare reference documentation;
- Issue proposals, quotes after receiving instructions from the Underwriting Department;
- Enter information/documents for transaction files;
- Support the preparation of contract amendments;
- In partnership with the Collections Department, handle financial issues and support their efforts to collect outstanding premiums.
Your profile
- You have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Insurance/Economics/Finance or in another field and you are interested in working in the insurance industry;
- First experience in Non-Life P&C insurance, in administrative management, production or assistance;
- You have excellent written and verbal skills in French and Dutch. A good knowledge of English is preferable;
- You are able to prioritize and manage your time well in order to organize your daily work;
- You are detail-oriented and can ensure optimal follow-up for the departments to which you provide support;
- You have very good administrative and communication skills.
