At Claims Non-Life, our client ensures that every claim is handled with equal care and empathy. Our department provides legal protection to their individual clients. To strengthen our team based in Brussels, they are looking for a legal protection claims manager.- Their clients need legal assistance following a claim covered by their car, fire or family insurance? They can count on you! Don't worry, you will first undergo solid training to be well prepared.
- You will study the file to determine who are the parties involved and who is responsible for the damages.
- You negotiate with the opposing parties to settle the case out of court.
- Is legal action unavoidable? In this case, you appoint a lawyer to defend the interests of our clients
Your profile
- Enthusiastic, you take initiative, you like to learn and your precise work is a guarantee of quality.
- You are customer-oriented by nature, because there is no better strategy for long-term success.
- You already had a sense of organization during your studies. Your work method is based on two main principles: planning in time and setting priorities. You work both independently and in a team.
- In addition, you have a strong sense of communication and you master the art of negotiation.
- You are fluent in French, both orally and in writing, and have a good knowledge of Dutch. Do you also speak English or German? This is an additional asset.
- Do you know all about property and casualty insurance (car, fire, family)? Then you're in good company!
- You have a bachelor's degree in legal practice, finance and insurance or languages, or you have equivalent experience in claims handling.
