For one of the larger insurance brokers in Belgium we are looking for an inspired and enthusiastic sales to manage & grow the portfolio in Regions East and West Flanders & Hainaut.

We are looking for someone who wants to have a mix between hunting & farming and wants to guide SMEs and enterprises (mainly in the transport & construction sector) in their insurance solutions in a sustainable way. Be sure to read on and apply today if interested!

Description

  • You manage an existing portfolio of independent entrepreneurs and SMEs: you build long-term relationships and become the point of contact for your clients in case of new contracts & claims;
  • You also build on the existing network and actively visit new companies;
  • You work closely with the in-house consultants who take care of the administrative follow-up of the insurance files;
  • You organize & actively participate in commercial activities;
  • You report on your results and actions on a transparent & regular basis;

Your profile

  • You have an educational or experiential background in insurance;
  • A first experience in relationship management is a must;
  • You have an excellent spoken & written knowledge of Dutch. Knowledge of French is a big plus;
  • You easily establish contacts and build lasting relationships;
  • Your administrative follow-up is flawless and you communicate transparently to your colleagues in the office;
