For our client in the insurance industry, we are looking for a Commercial Advisor to advise clients and suggest the best insurance solution.
Description
- Your empathy and commercial attitude ensure that you identify the client's needs during the consultation process and that you propose the appropriate (insurance) solutions
- You proactively look for commercial opportunities
- You ensure the correct drafting of quotations and policies and can explain the guarantees, premiums and benefits to the customer in understandable language
- You work closely together with your colleagues on a growing customer portfolio by providing high quality service within the office where optimal customer satisfaction is key
- You will supervise conversations with clients and ensure the telephone follow-up of quotes
- You will contact customers with a potential for new policies or additional guarantees
Your profile
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. Finance and Insurance, Legal Practice) or equivalent experience in insurance
- You speak Dutch very well and have a basic knowledge of French
- You can work autonomously but are also a team player
- You have good people and relationship skills
- You are flexible
- You are looking for a challenging function in which variation does not scare you off
