One of our clients, an independent law firm, is looking for a multipurpose administrative assistant. You will be responsible for the administrative and organizational support of the reception, the secretariat and the library.
Our client is internationally and regionally anchored with offices in Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Hasselt, Luxembourg and Zurich. Thanks to a powerful network of international (tax) law firms and membership in several international law organizations, our client can offer its clients consistent cross-border advice and guidance.


Your very diverse duties will include:
  • Retrieving and filing books from the library
  • Replenishing and updating the databases used in the library
  • Scanning and processing of periodicals
  • Entering books into the library catalog
  • Scanning and printing of documents
  • Compilation of document bundles
  • Classification in customer files ( electronic and paper)
  • Keeping the archive up to date
  • General administrative tasks to support the secretariat

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor degree or equivalent level through experience
  • You are Dutch-speaking but also fluent in French
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant experience with administrative support in a broad context
  • You are accurate, proactive and can organize your own work
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office
  • You have the necessary maturity to take responsibility
  • You like to work in a team, but at the same time you are very independent
  • You are dynamic and know how to roll up your sleeves
  • You are fluent and communicative, but also very discreet and reliable
