Our client, an insurance company, is looking for a claims administrator to join the claims office. Are you communicative, customer oriented and would you like to take care of claims files auto? Then you are the one we are looking for!
Description
- You will be responsible for handling claims files car at home and abroad;
- As claims manager, you are in close contact with various parties: brokers, experts, etc.;
- You coordinate the follow-up of claims end-to-end;
- You start up new files and you ensure good communication to all parties involved during the further processing of the claims;
- You adopt a very customer-oriented approach and keep all parties involved correctly and timely informed by ensuring smooth (oral and written) communication;
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's degree or are equivalent through experience;
- You preferably already have experience as a car claims manager;
- A perfect written and spoken knowledge of Dutch and French. Knowledge of English is also a plus;
- You are communicative and customer-oriented;
- Proactivity and solution orientation characterize you;
- You can work in an organized and efficient manner, you can easily set priorities.
