For one of our clients we are currently looking for a Team Leader.
  • Lead a team of 12 persons
  • Build and implement recruiting strategy
  • Drive the full spectrum of recruitment activities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for high profiles roles
  • Identify and implement HR indicator
  • Perform Analyses of hiring needs
  • Provide Employee Hiring forecast
  • Reporting on emerging trends on the market

Your profile

  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in International Talent Acquisition
  • Previous team management experience is required
  • Fluent in English; French (any valuable knowledge of other languages is appreciated).
  • Excellent communication skills, professional maturity, analytical, time and project management
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • A passion and high level of skill for all things recruitment related and a genuine interest in employer branding, marketing and social media
  • Ability to look for solutions to meet business needs with high responsiveness and the development of initiatives
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of attraction strategies.
