For one of our clients we are currently looking for a Team Leader.- Lead a team of 12 persons
- Build and implement recruiting strategy
- Drive the full spectrum of recruitment activities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high profiles roles
- Identify and implement HR indicator
- Perform Analyses of hiring needs
- Provide Employee Hiring forecast
- Reporting on emerging trends on the market
Your profile
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in International Talent Acquisition
- Previous team management experience is required
- Fluent in English; French (any valuable knowledge of other languages is appreciated).
- Excellent communication skills, professional maturity, analytical, time and project management
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines
- A passion and high level of skill for all things recruitment related and a genuine interest in employer branding, marketing and social media
- Ability to look for solutions to meet business needs with high responsiveness and the development of initiatives
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of attraction strategies.
