Administration Officer

Ozne client, active in the real estate industry, is looking for an Administrative Officer.


You are the point of contact for the technical managers, providing them with administrative support and managing their requests. Your support contributes to the overall success of the projects and to the quality the customers deserve. You ensure the smooth running of administrative activities, both on a daily basis and in the long term.

As an Administration officer, you will primarily be responsible for :
  • General Administration
  • Preparation of contracts and purchase orders
  • Management of insurances
  • Management of the mail
  • Requests for energy on site
  • Requests + follow-up of connection estimates (impulse): water, gas, electricity, data
  • Requests + follow-up of supply contracts: electricity, gas
  • Preparation of connection files and meter openings
  • Customer billing
  • Organization and preparation of provisional receipts
  • Occasionally assisting the sales coordinator
  • Drawing up minutes of team meetings

Your profile

  • You are fluent in French and Dutch, and ideally English.
  • You enjoy working as part of a team.
  • You have administrative skills, are pragmatic, assertive and empathetic.
  • Experience with office management software, such as MS Office (including Excel and Word)
  • Strong organizational skills and a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
