Our client, a company active in the financial sector in Namur, is looking for their future Administrative Assistant!

Description

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play an essential role in the smooth running of our projects and procedures.
You will have multiple roles within the Tax & Legal team where you will be the focal point of all actions that take place, always acting with integrity and professionalism.

Your support helps ensure the efficient functioning of the team:
  • Preparation and follow-up of offers, assignment letters, CV's
  • Administrative launch of new client assignments
  • Review and finalization of documents (reports, bids, presentations, attestations, confirmations, etc.) in accordance with established procedures
  • Filing, typing, scanning, copying, binding
  • Follow-up and execution of all legal administrative obligations (declarations, forms, etc.)
  • Monitoring of the various procedures and quality throughout the compliance flow
  • Management of tax mandates
  • Tracking lists
  • Precise follow-up of the planning and respect of the deadlines
  • Making appointments
  • Preparation and participation in internal meetings
  • Organization of business trips
  • Treatment of confidential information

Your profile

  • Do you have a first experience in the financial sector? Then you certainly understand the essence of the business! This is a great advantage, but not an absolute necessity.
  • You know how to prioritize and manage deadlines. Completing a task on time is not a problem for you.
  • You have excellent writing skills and an eye for detail. No mistake escapes your eagle eye!
  • Juggling different deadlines or handling several files in one day? No problem, you are very flexible.
  • You master applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint and are not afraid to learn to work with new software.
  • You have a good knowledge of French and English.
