File Manager Credits

Internal customers and end customers can always count on our client's expertise in the context of contractualization (for example, a home loan or investment contract), after-sales servicing (in the event of a move, death, adjustment of a credit card user limit) or transactional questions (for example, a blocked payment or sale of shares). For the Professional Credits department, our client is looking for two credit file managers.


  • You will manage the credits of professional clients and ensure that the timeframes agreed with the client are respected
  • In practice, you will be responsible for the preparation of credit documents (letters, contracts and securities), the provision of funds and all activities related to credit lines and guarantees after the entry into force of the credits
  • After the necessary training and coaching, you will soon be analyzing, managing and finalizing files independently
  • You will manage these files from start to finish. This means that you will handle the requests from offices, customers and notaries until they are completely finished
  • For this you will be in direct daily contact with the commercial network, notaries and clients

Your profile

  • At least a bachelor or master degree and preferably a first relevant work experience
  • You speak excellent Dutch and have a good knowledge of French
  • Strong interest and eagerness to work in the banking industry

  • You are customer focused and constructive, and you deal with the customer in a professional manner
  • You reach out to customers with solutions, and you strive for quality and efficiency
