Administrative Employee - Private Banking

As an administrative employee, you will work in our customer service department and provide valuable support to our relationship managers and customers. You will provide quality service on a daily basis. Your goal: loyal and satisfied customers.


  • You ensure the administrative follow-up of the customers' files;
  • You are in charge of the follow-up of payments and transfers of securities;
  • You ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Your profile

  • A first experience in an administrative function is desired;
  • You ideally have a Bachelor's degree;
  • You like to learn and your enthusiasm is communicative;
  • You will work full time, but part time (80%) is also possible;
  • Every day is different! This is exactly what you like, because you enjoy a variety of tasks and are flexible;
  • You have a good knowledge of Dutch and French. And you also speak English? That's even better!
  • You have a good command of computer programs related to your function.
