Description
- Carry out legal and regulatory monitoring of the life insurance sector in each of the French and Italian markets;
- Assisting, training and advising employees and partners on the legal (civil, tax) and regulatory aspects of the products and services offered;
- Drafting and updating documentation and agreements governing contractual relations with clients and partners;
- Prevention of legal risks;
- Participation and/or coordination of projects within the company.
Your profile
- Master's degree in law;
- Good knowledge of insurance law, property law and tax law;
- Years of experience: 5 minimum;
- French: Professional level (Spoken - Read - Written), Italian: Professional level (Spoken - Read - Written), English: Professional level (Spoken - Read - Written);
- Analytical skills; ability to synthesize, find pragmatic solutions and solve problems, work independently and manage priorities;
- Demonstrate initiative, listening skills and ability to work in a team; written and oral expression skills.
